Failed Deliveries

Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

At Stitching Cotton, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Please review our policy before initiating an exchange or return.

1. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging.

• Exchanges are subject to inspection and product availability.

• Customers may exchange an item for another article of equal value. Any price difference for a higher-priced item must be paid by the customer.

• If the requested item is unavailable, a credit voucher may be issued.

• For exchanges due to incorrect size selection or personal preference, customers must pay PKR 300 shipping charges or send the parcel to us at their own expense.

• If the exchange is due to our error, we will cover the shipping charges.

2. Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

• Returns due to a change of mind or personal preference may be accepted for a credit voucher, subject to approval. Refunds are not available for these reasons.

• For exchanges due to incorrect size selection or personal preference, customers send the parcel to us at their own expense.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

• Fragrances, accessories, and other specified non-returnable items are not eligible for exchange or return.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered due to our error.

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned parcel.

• For approved personal-preference returns, a credit voucher will be issued instead of a refund.

• Shipping charges will be covered by Stitching Cotton only when the return or exchange is due to our error.

4. How to Initiate an Exchange or Return

Please contact our Customer Support team and provide your order number, the item details, and the reason for your request. Pictures or videos may be required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending your parcel. All returned items are subject to inspection, and requests that do not meet our policy conditions may be declined.
