Exchanges – within 15 days of delivery, for an item of equal value (you pay the difference for a higher-priced item). If the item you want is unavailable, you may receive a credit voucher.

Shipping – for size or preference exchanges, a PKR 300 shipping fee applies (or send the parcel at your own expense). If the mistake was ours, we cover the shipping.

Returns & refunds – refunds are only for verified damaged, defective or incorrect items delivered by mistake, processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the parcel. Change-of-mind returns receive a credit voucher instead.

Condition – items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags and packaging. Fragrances, accessories and other specified items are non-returnable.

Photos – please upload photos for damaged, defective or wrong items, and wait for our approval before sending anything back.
