Stitching Cotton aim at customer satisfaction, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. You can always exchange items if they are defective or sent incorrect. Please know that you must provide us a written record of the reason for exchange within 15 days of receiving the item
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items
Sale items are not eligible for refund, but may be exchanged within 15 days with a receipt
Order Cancellation
You may choose to cancel your order any time before the order is processed, kindly contact our Customer Services Team who will be happy to update you on the order status and process a cancellation accordingly.
